E-statements

Get your account statement faster with E-statements!  

• Statements in electronic PDF format are securely delivered to your Online Banking
• Usually ready 1-2 business days after end of month
• Email alert sent when E-statements are ready
• View the most recent 18 E-statements (this begins to accrue at E-statement enrollment) or save them to your computer
  
• Add additional recipients that can receive a copy of your monthly E-statement each time it is created

Enrolling in E-statements

1. Login to Online Banking with your existing User ID & Password.
   
   1. Click any account from the dashboard, then select the Documents button to begin enrollment.
      
      
2. Fill in all fields including accounts to enroll and email address.
   1. Accounts & Documents:
      Click Details to view the individual accounts to enroll. By default, all accounts are enrolled. Click the Arrow by each account to view each document type you are enrolling.
   2. Email Address:
      The email address which notifications will be sent when an E-statement is ready.
      
   3. Disclosure:
      You must read and review and scroll to the bottom of the E-statements disclosure to ensure you have read it. Check the box to agree to the terms. Click Enroll Now.
      
      
3. A confirmation message will display once you complete all the fields. You will also receive a confirmation email within 1 hour. The purpose of this email is to verify the email address provided is valid and working – it does not require any further action. If you do not receive this email, check your junk mail, if not please contact the bank.
   
   
4. You will receive your first E-statement once the current or next statement period ends. Past statements will not be available in E-statements.
